The Harpswell Community Housing Trust is a partner with the Greater Brunswick Housing Corporation and others in developing Hamilton Place, a workforce housing project on Harpswell neck. Workforce housing is sustainable housing, in town, for families of municipal employees, teachers, clam diggers, fisherman and other traditional or essential town workers
